Combining aesthetics, personality and high-technology, nobody will be immune to the seductive power of the Peugeot 207. It succeeds the Peugeot 206, without replacing it, however, and draws a line between the generations. It was designed in response to a clear, attractive request to transform the need for mobility into true driving pleasure.
DESIGN
Two front end panels, in either a “Classic” or “Sport” style, surrounded by two large headlights, “triangular” contours, which reveal a huge window, sculpted wheel arches and a fantastically shapely rear: the Peugeot 207 embodies one of the most important hallmarks of the Peugeot brand: aesthetics.Instrument panel
207Inspired by the motorbike, the original instrument panel cof the Peugeot 207 consists of three round dial plates, each with individual anti-glare glass encircled with different colours.Exterior style
The stylists have given the Peugeot 207 a unique symmetry due to a subtle alchemy: gentle curves and breaks creating a sleek car whose exterior style easily identifies it with the brand at a glance.Front end panel
The front end panel of the Peugeot 207 is one of the most distinguishing features of its personality: its sculpted, “body shop” bonnet visually restricts the wings, the brand's emblem, the lion above the radiator grille, bordered by a chrome “U” shape, and its large, highly technological headlights extend towards the windscreen.Dashboard
The contemporary and “toned” dashboard of the Peugeot 207 forms a long, softly undulated, refined design which opens widely onto the panoramic windscreen and the small, side drop-glass windows.COMFORT
With generous exterior dimensions and an elongated wheelbase, a “low” structure and larger windscreen, and a carefully planned interior layout, the Peugeot 207 has been designed to give passengers an exceptional journey.Front seats
With the seats in the Peugeot 207, what you see is what you get: comfort, support and ease of movement, everything you could possibly want for the utmost of comfort on any type of journey.Space and light
The large windows in the Peugeot 207 promote a sense of well being. The vast, welcoming, cosy space in the passenger compartment is comfortable for both front and rear passengers.Acoustics
One of the presiding features of the Peugeot 207's design, is the quality of the sound and vibration levels, which can only be compared to that required of vehicles in a higher segment of the market. This creates a calm, soothing, cheerful atmosphere, perfect for concentration.Air freshener
An ingeniously placed air freshener circulates one of seven pre-set scents on demand into the Peugeot 207... or if you prefer, you can choose more natural ones by using the “fade away” function temporarily.PERFORMANCE
Road holding and driving pleasure, key values for Peugeot, were two crucial factors in the design of the Peugeot 207. The resulting vehicle is a benchmark in its market segment, dynamic yet without compromising on safety.Road holding
The axle assemblies and electric power-assisted steering in the Peugeot 207 provide a highly specific balance between comfort and handling. This equates to an excellent level of safetyPetrol range
