If you have an accident
Peugeot Connect SOS is a geolocated emergency call service: wherever you are*, it accelerates the intervention of suitable rescue services when the situation so requires: if you have an accident, a health problem, you are attacked or any other situation that requires emergency services.
Available 24/7*, this free Peugeot service does not require any specific subscription**.
** Subject to the acceptance of the general conditions of the service, when ordering, and as long as your vehicle is equipped with Peugeot Connect equipment. For vehicles equipped with a WIP Com or WIP Com 3D navigation system, you are required to insert a compatible and valid SIM card and, all phone communications made are at your expense.
Your geotagged vehicle
Your vehicle can be localized in 2 ways:
- If your pyrotechnic airbags or seatbelts are activated, your vehicle automatically triggers an emergency call, with no intervention required by you. You are directly localized. A Peugeot Connect SOS agent contacts you in your language* then sends out suitable rescue services.
- Also, if you are witness to or victim of a critical situation and want to send for help, just press the SOS button on your vehicle dashboard for 2 seconds to be connected to the Peugeot Connect SOS call centre.
* According to the Peugeot Connect SOS service's geographical coverage and the official national language chosen by the vehicle's owner.
