The Peugeot 508 RXH is equipped with HYbrid4 technology that is still unique in this market segment. This technology enables a  163 hp 2.0L HDi diesel engine to be coupled with a 37 hp electric motor, resulting in silence, serenity and high-level performance.

Fully HYbrid Diesel Engine

Available exclusively with the 2.0L HDi FAP HYbrid4 power train, the first fully hybrid diesel engine in the world, the 508 RXH is synonymous with driving pleasure and the freedom brought about by change. With a maximum power of 147 kW (200 hp), 4 drive wheels and a maximum torque of 450 N-m, the 508 RXH is designed for all types of use in all conditions.

In the Peugeot 508 RXH, the left-hand dial on the dashboard is a power meter, showing the recharging phases and the optimum operating range (ECO). The one on the right is a traditional speedometer. The central matrix provides information on the speed regulator/limiter, the driving mode selected, the level of charge in the battery and the operation of the engine and motor.

Panoramic Glass Roof

The panoramic glass roof on the Peugeot 508 RXH, with an area of 1.60 m2, extends as far back as the rear seats. For added comfort, it is equipped with an electric shade screen. With five pre-defined positions, it rotary sequential control allows adjust to your requirements.

Variable Boot Space, Motorised Tailgate

The boot, with its generous volume of 423 litres (400 dm3 VDA), has ingenious systems to increase and organise the space. The 508 SW comes with the option of a motorised tailgate. It can be activated from the key fob, from the driver's seat or from the control on the tailgate itself. Simple pressure on the push pad on the panel closes it.

Hands-free Access and Starting

Replacing the traditional mechanical key, your electronic key  can be kept in your pocket or handbag. You open or close the doors by scanning across the handle. Once aboard, you start and stop the engine simply by pressing the Start/Stop button.

Colour Head-up Display

With the Peugeot 508 RXH, you can access essential driving information without taking your eyes off the road! With the head-up display , it is displayed in colour on a retractable strip within your field of vision. You therefore have safety information about your speed, instructions from the speed regulator  and navigation instructions .

Reversing camera

The reversing camera  on the 508 RXH is automatically activated when you engage reverse gear. It offers the driver greater safety and comfort and shows the manoeuvre on the touch-screen.

Blind-Spot Monitoring

With its four sensors on the front and rear bumpers, this feature warns you of the presence of a vehicle in the blind spot  during your journey. The driver of the 508 RXH is warned by an orange LED indicator on one of the external rear-view mirrors.
