The Peugeot 308 HDI 1.6l MCP wins the 14th "Energy Award" in Korea

With a record fuel consumption of 19.5 km/l, the 308 HDI 1.6l MCP was named the most fuel-efficient vehicle from among the local and imported cars with an automatic or robotised transmission.

The steering committee comprises 30 representatives from the various Korean energy sectors and the main ministries (ministry of trade and industry and ministry of the environment). This award recognises the commercial dynamism of our importer, Hanbul Motors, following a particularly difficult 2009. The Peugeot Brand's objective in Korea this year is to pass the 2,000 registrations mark, with the only version of the 308 - the HDI 1.6l MCP - making up almost 40% of this.
