"Siberia-Paris" Rally in a Peugeot

A team of 9 Siberian Russians are attempting to make it from Novosibirsk in Siberia to Paris on board 4 Peugeots!
The idea came from the Peugeot dealer in Novosibirsk, at Patriot Auto Company, who along with his wife and several customers, decided nine months ago to plan this extraordinary adventure: to drive from Novosibisrk to Paris and back in 21 days to celebrate Peugeot's bicentenary and - of course - the quality of the Brand's vehicles! And so, our 9 Siberians arrived yesterday in Paris, the Brand's home, in a 308, a 4007 - models already or soon to be manufactured at the Kaluga plant in Russia, as well as a 207CC and a 307SW, to symbolically raise a Russian flag in recognition of this human endeavour. They had earlier stopped off at the Town Hall of Paris to deliver a letter of greeting from the mayor of Novosibirsk to the mayor of Paris. They then headed to Sochaux, a crucial stop-off point on their journey of over 20,000 km, where they were welcomed by the directors of the Museum.
