Tree Glow, a luminous piece of "Peugeot design"

Luminous enchantment, pure, simple design, Peugeot's Christmas idea, Tree Glow, a luminous tree, is the first product in a range of items designed by Peugeot Style, to come out in 2010.
Tree Glow is a luminous piece that reinterprets the Christmas tree. 1 metre 60 high, it is lit by more than 120 LEDs and a central luminous tube that changes colour. When designing it, Olivier Gamiette, young Peugeot Style designer, drew inspiration from the Marque's automobile design to create a timeless decorative piece.
Producing items with no direct link to automobiles goes back to the origins of the Peugeot Marque. Starting in 1810, Peugeot has produced crinolines, tools, and its famous pepper mills are real best-sellers.
This new design object is on sale at Peugeot Avenue, 136 avenue des Champs Elysées, Paris 8ème, and at 75 avenue de la Grande Armée, Paris 16ème, at the price of €295, from 2nd December.
