200 000 monthly visits and 15% of contacts converted into orders

Since its was posted online last January, the Peugeot Web Store internet site aimed at quickly finding vehicles available in the Peugeot network has received 200,000 visits a month, with an average of 45 000 vehicle data sheets being consulted every month.

Optimised timescales
This site is a first in Europe and makes contacts easier between clients and dealers. Accordingly, the average timescale of just 12 days between the initial contact and placing an order is relatively short. This timescale even fell below 8 days between June and August 2008, as this is a favourable period for sales from stock.

Currently, and thanks to the network's wholehearted support for this innovative approach, 96% of potentially available vehicles can be viewed on the site, i.e. 24,000 cars.

Peugeot has placed the Internet at the centre of its communication systems and the Peugeot Web Store is an illustration, in France, of its ability to innovate in terms of service to its clients.
