PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE

 

PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE (2) ensures: 

• That you are put in direct contact with PEUGEOT ASSISTANCE

 The precise geolocalisation of the vehicle by the teleoperator, and an initial remote technical assessment

 

PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE is the ability to access the PEUGEOT ASSISTANCE platform in your language (3) 24/7 in one simple move: push the LION button.

 

Based on the information sent simultaneously by the vehicle (GPS position, vehicle’s serial number, mileage, mechanical alerts, etc.), PEUGEOT ASSISTANCE can react quickly and effectively by sending you the appropriate breakdown assistance where you are (4).

 

A European service
In April 2010, PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE will be operational in 10 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.

 

(2) Service available free of charge on all vehicles equipped with localised communication or a WIP Com or WIP Com 3D navigation system (equipped with a compatible and valid SIM card for the WIP Com 3D system), subject to acceptance when the vehicle is ordered and the availability of the telephone network, based on the general conditions of use available in the sales outlet.

(3) Based on the geographic coverage of PEUGEOT CONNECT SOS and PEUGEOT CONNECT ASSISTANCE and the official national language chosen by the vehicle owner.

(4) Assistance from PEUGEOT ASSISTANCE is subject to the general conditions of the contractual warranty or service contracts.
