The Peugeot WIP Com and WIP Com 3D telematic systems give you free round-the-clock access seven days a week and without restrictions to duration for PEUGEOT URGENCE, the geolocalised emergency call service set up for you by Peugeot*.
EFFICIENT : In an accident, PEUGEOT URGENCE locates you automatically, identifies your vehicle and, if necessary, sends the emergency assistance you need directly to you within minutes.
RESPONSIBLE : You can also alert PEUGEOT URGENCE yourself if you are the victim of or witness an accident or critical situation, such as feeling ill or being attacked. What should you do? Simply press the SOS button on your Peugeot's central console for three seconds. The call is then automatically directed to the emergency services.
EUROPEAN : PEUGEOT URGENCE is available in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Wherever you find yourself in these countries, you are dealt with in your language and the local emergency services turn out to help you.
RECOGNISED : By speeding up the arrival of the correct emergency assistance as soon as required, Peugeot helps you save precious moments and thus helps contributes more than ever to your safety. For this reason, we are the first car manufacturer to offer an emergency call system certified as conforming with the most stringent requirements of the French authorities **.
PEUGEOT URGENCE also gives you access to geolocalised assistance.
In a breakdown, press the LION key on your Peugeot's central console. You will be put in contact with the PEUGEOT ASSISTANCE services who can localise and identify your vehicle instantly.
Using the technical information transmitted by WIP Com or WIP Com 3D, the Peugeot Assistance teams produce a first initial assessment of your vehicle remotely and can send a breakdown vehicle even faster to where you are to help you.
